[食記] Echire Butter 法國奶油

我也趕上了合購的列車，感謝蘋果妮子的安排，買到了這好吃的奶油。
在網路上查了一下這奶油的來頭，這奶油產自法國充滿陽光的小村莊Echire，是使用當地的牛群每日現擠的新鮮牛奶，幾乎由全手工製成的奶油。廣認為法國最好的奶油之一，被許多高級餐廳使用；這款奶油也榮獲法國ＡＯＣ法定產區制度的控管，也因此，有85%的產量都在法國境內被消耗。
Echire因為當地特別的土壤種類，生長出特別的草皮，吃這草的牛群們所生產出來的牛奶，製成奶油後，口感特別細緻純淨、柔軟鮮美，顯得特別優雅。

切好法國麵包，奶油也在室溫下放置一陣子回溫了，要開始吃了～

打開華麗的金箔包裝。
看著奶油慢慢的融化在溫熱的麵包上，等不及想快點嚐嚐。這款奶油嚐起來清爽不厚重，輕盈細緻的口感和奶油香讓人著迷。微鹹的鹽味，讓今天的法國麵包嚐起來特別美好。

前年在亞都麗緻Paris 1930餐廳吃到這款奶油
就很愛很愛嚕~ 他們家一樓的bakery也有在賣喔~
demi-sel帶出奶油香甜的味道...
配上他們自家做的baguette, 真是人間美味啊 XD

We used to use this brand call "plu gras". It's
really good at least to our standard. Even my
French roomates said it's good. Never did the
research on the background of the butter though.
OMG, when you taste it, basically like you said,
it's a tiny bit salty but yet "dreamy". After you
taste it, there is a hint of sweetness from the
butter that stays in your mouth. I can even eat
it without baquette. But if i do that, I will
probably have to clean my arteries soon... hee
hee...
